Please design your own business plan for your company.
Outline to be used for your project:
What type of company would you like to own, Ex; Brick & Mortar Store to Design Cloths, Tee- Shirts, Technology Company, these are only examples.
Identify the type of business?
How will you finance your enterprise? Where will the money come from? How much money do you think you’ll need to start-up your business?
Where would you like your business to be located? If it is a Brick & Mortar store, how much money do you think you’ll need on a monthly basis, this is to include rent, lights, and possible renovations to accommodate your merchandise.
If you’d like to start-up a Technology Business, will you need Venture Capitalist too invest in your company.
Which Venture Capitalist companies would you approach for backing?
Identify your new Technology Innovation, why do you think this product is needed? What improvement would your Technology provide?
Who are your competitors, why is your new technology company needed?
Who are your potential competitors, why is your product different from what is currently on the market.
What is your overall plan to bring your business to completion?
If you’ve chosen a service, how would you promote the service to the public?
How would you create your marketing plan to provide the most exposure to your business?
