Construct Samuel Seabury’s critique of Alexander Hamilton’s “A Full Vindication of the Measures of Congress” contained in Seabury’s “A View of the Controversy between England and her Colonies” and Hamilton’s reply to Seabury in “The Farmer Refuted.” Who has the better argument–Seabury or Hamilton?
