This assignment requires you to design an analytics program or intervention to enhance effectiveness for a real organization of your choice. This could include a company you know, organizations you have researched or any organization in which you have gathered the appropriate data for a people analytic project. Information should include:
What are you measuring? Examples could be Turnover rate, Time to fill, Cost of hiring,The average salary of the vacant position, Several positions are filled/per month. Number hired and trained. ort Remueration rate. measure one metric
What kinds of data would you be including? How would you be gathering that data?
What analytics will you planning to use?
What kinds of results do plan on receiving (i.e. what evidence do you think you will produce)?
The project should include approximately 20 double spaced pages, graphs/charts/etc., and 15-20 items for the bibliography. It should me be in APA or other relevant format.
Your overall business goal is for your analytics related plan to have increased performance and clear objectives.
