• Limited organizational culture which includes limited knowledge of social change
• Poor hiring tactics related to implications on American with Disabilities, Equal
Employment Opportunity Act, and LGBTQ community
• Limited to no education on the value of social justice within human services
agencies
• Lack or limited technology
• Legal and ethical dilemmas
• Mis-aligned organizational structure including ineffective board members

services agency which particular barriers might you encounter as a manager? Your
