Selecting an Agile System Development Methodology
The management of Fab Flowers, a flower and gift delivery company, has approved the development of a new vehicle
tracking system for the company’s logistics efforts. The tracking solution will need to track 500 delivery trucks across seven states.
As a preliminary step, your manager has asked you to select a system development methodology to use with the SDLC for the development of the project. After reviewing many of the methodologies (waterfall, agile, Rapid Application Development, V-shaped, Evolutionary Prototype, etc.), you have determined that an agile development methodology would be most appropriate for the project. Present the pros and cons of the chosen methodology, and why you chose it over the others.
