1. Name your field placement. Identify one specific problem or issue that is the focus of your field agency’s services.
2.Describe the services (interventions) specifically provided by your agency to address the problem or issue discussed in #1.
3. Briefly describe the rationale for the services/interventions used to address the problem or issue discussed in #1.
4. Causes, extent and severity of the problem -2-3 pgs.
Provide evidence of the causes, extent and/or severity of the problem that you identified in 1.1. Use at least 4 peer-reviewed journal articles, government/professional reports, articles and websites. Paraphrase all information and include in-text citations in APA style.
5. Description of Intervention and effectiveness- 3-5 pgs.
Use at least 4 peer-reviewed journal articles, government/professional reports, – that examine the effectiveness of the current intervention used by your field agency to address the problem you identified in 1.1. Paraphrase all information and include in-text citations in APA style.
Identify and discuss any theories that support the intervention. Describe the theoretical framework for the intervention. Explain why it is assumed the intervention will work.
Describe the methods that are used to determine the effectiveness of the intervention.
Reference Page – Include a reference page in APA style that lists all sources cited in the paper.
