A. Describe recommendations to address health equity inadequacies for the vulnerable populations or community, considering both intended and
unintended consequences that may impact the population
B. Based on your evaluation and academic resources, provide your professional recommendations for any changes or additions to the policy or
program. Be specific and justify your recommendations.
C. Describe how the results of the policy or program would be communicated to the community for policy considerations. Remember to use
layperson terms and language a patient could understand.
D. Devise a plan to address participation challenges and secure community and stakeholder buy-in.
Final Submission: Policy or Program Evaluation
In Module Nine, you will submit your final public health policy or program evaluation. This comprehensive and professional evaluation should include all sections as outlined in this document: summary of purpose, needs and capacity assessment, logic model, health equity analysis and evaluation, and final recommendations. Be sure to incorporate all instructor feedback from your previous milestones. Also, incorporate any feedback you received from your instructor and from your classmates in the discussions and journals throughout the course. All sections of the policy or program evaluation addressed in all three milestones should be brought together to form a cohesive whole.
