Using the text from the attached paper, create an internal-focused 2000 word (+/- 10%) whitepaper (written to the senior
leadership of a local church) which identifies a driving trend (the decline of in person attendance identified in the attached
paper) and proposes a solution to overcome (if leading to a negative future) or advance (if leading to a positive future) that offers the leaders an argument for adoption of an innovation tied to your solution (a proposal).

The whitepaper should include the following headings:
1) the problem,
2) scholarly support for the problem (strategic thinking and foresight),
3) a solution to the problem (the innovation),
4) benefits to the organization if adopted,
5) identification of the negative consequences if not adopting the solution, and
6) a call to action (Be persuasive! If we don’t do this now…).
You are also to create a PPT slide presentation of 8-10 slides that will accompany your whitepaper. The best PPT presentations
use little text. No speaker notes needed and place all references as footnotes.
