This is a PAS instead of a dissertation which is based on a contextual framework vs a theory. Looking into the environment of funding for black women in the non profit organization and affect it has on them being able to acquire funds. This involved online interviews from 3 black women who run a non profit organization that can answer the questions proceed in proposal draft attached. Being specific with using black women as the focal point in the non profit industry. I have written a base and good structure that I need revised and fleshed out to be completed and ready for committee approval.
