Assume that you have been hired by a school division or education authority to prepare a proposal to be presented to the school board/education authority on a particular issue being faced by the school division/education authority. Members have asked that you provide the information they need and the direction they should take when dealing with an issue. You will consider the form that your proposal will take, how you intend to persuade the board/education authority to take direction from you, and what that direction should be. You will include the relevant background to the issue, your proposed strategy to address the issue, how you intend to apply your advice within the organization and the process you would use when presenting your proposal to the board or authority.
