– capacity based on the assumption that Andy is working 100%.

•How can cycle time be reduced?
•What has to be done to serve 75 customers?
•What has to be done to serve 100 customers?
Write a one page long essay including the results of your calculations, some reflection on the results, and answers to above four questions. What would you recommend to be done in order to improve the process? Note: Urkund will be used.
