Identify the theoretical model/therapy that will guide your treatment with the family. Provide a rationale for why you selected this model.
Discuss a minimum of two concepts of the theory/therapy.
Explain how your model/therapy is culturally sensitive.
Discuss ethical issues and any potential limitations implicit in the approach or its application in practice.

Create a treatment plan with a minimum of two overarching SMART goals and two-three family objectives per goal.
For each goal, identify and describe a minimum of two interventions/techniques from the model that you will implement with the family to help them reach their goals.
Describe how you plan to measure progress for each goal. Choose two methods of evaluation for each goal (self-rating scale, standardized instrument, observations, etc.).
