Create a prototype for a database application, using the Requirements file for specifics (not everything mentioned in the file must be present, but enough to create a solid minimum viaable product that can be presented). View the Sample Project file to get a rough idea of what is required (like screenshots, a summary of the application, and potential future improvements for it). Be sure to include the code.
