Early Childhood Educator Competencies:
For this assignment, the student will develop their knowledge on the California Early Childhood Educator (ECE)
Competencies describe the knowledge, skills, and dispositions that early childhood educators need to provide high-quality care and education to young children and their families.
The tasks of the assignment are as follows:

Be sure to include:

The essay must be 1-2 pages in length, 5 paragraphs, 3-5 sentences per paragraph, written in APA format, include a minimum of at least one scholarly article to support the description of California ECE Competencies or the impact of professional development, and provide a reference page.
