There are hundreds of different definitions of “leadership.” After watching the videos in this unit, and completing the readings, define “leadership” from your perspective. What is the difference between leadership and management? Can an individual be in a leadership or management position and not be considered a “leader” by subordinates? Why or why not? What would a boss of yours need to do to demonstrate that he or she is an effective leader and an effective manager? Identify five key principles or factors of ethical and moral leadership. Define each factor or principle and explain your opinion as to why these are important.
