Literature Review: (300 points) Each student will submit a 2,000 to 2,500 word, double-spaced (Times New Roman font and 1-inch margins) literature review of 4 health services research studies focused on patient, user, client, or customer satisfaction published in a peer-reviewed journal. You may choose the same topic as your team project, but not the same articles as team members. The rubric used to assess your paper will be posted to each student in Canvas.
