Choose one of the gospels we have studied in Module 2 (Mark, Matthew, Luke, or John). Write at least three original vignettes (stories, parables, miracles, etc) totaling no less than 1000 words in length that you think could or should be added to the gospel’s narrative. You will want to keep in mind the gospel writer’s style, the major themes of the gospel, its theological and historical understanding of Jesus and the early-Jesus movement.
