Language consists of only two things: Words, that is Vocabulary, and the way those words are put together, that is grammar. Discuss ways you have used to learn vocabulary and/or grammar in the past, whether in Hebrew or any other language. How long were you able to maintain that vocabulary? What resources have you found helpful for learning Hebrew words/grammar and perhaps languages in general?
There are numerous methods for learning foreign languages, not the least of which are online resources. If you find these, please list the URL and provide an evaluation.
