The paper is to be 4,000 to 5,000 words and will be marked on the following factors:
– the thesis statement and introduction – 5%
-structure and technical aspects of the research paper – 10%
-quality of the research – 40%
-quality of the analysis – 40%
-persuasiveness of the argument (supported by the research and analysis) – 5%
From these factors, I would highlight quality of the research and quality of the analysis. The structure and technical aspects include such things as organization and flow of the paper, appprorpiate use of footnotes or endnotes and proper attribution of sources, grammar and clarity of paper. Keep in mind that Turnitin （lower than 12% similarity）will also be used.
the research paper needs to focus on financial accountability. you could pay attention on ts policies and programs provide “value for money” – are they effective? efficient? Do they address the public issue? along same theme, you could explore how executive compensation is developed and whether it is appropriate for that sector
