This is the recommended development strategy. At this point, you should not be including any mention of a particular software package or technology such as MS Access or a fingerprint scanner.

To complete this ICR, please consider the pros and cons of the possible development strategy (or strategies) and situate the selected strategy (or strategies) in the context of the given business case. To situate the selected strategy, you can review and reference your deliverables produced in the prior phases: the planning (such as SWOT and PEST analyses results) and the Analysis phase (such as system requirement lists) deliverables to adjust your suggestion(s). Please assume that I am (the audience of your deliverable) the main stakeholders (such as CEO, Project manager, etc who involve in the project for the given business case) you need to persuade why the selected strategy better suits this business.
