should give a summary of the main facts in this case, the main issue/s and what the parties (the parent)
positions are, what factors was decided and the reason for the court’s finla decision or judgement.
Discuss the role of the social worker in this case, explaining for example, how the social worker was
involved and what they did in this case, assessing how relevant the social worker was to the
outcome in this case and to legal cases generally. You should also explain, as a social worker,
your views on this case, for example, do you agree with the outcome, would you have done
