Housing Market(or other idea, up to writer) Paper is for Macroeconomics
a) It should be a policy piece written to the Minister of finance giving her what you think is the most important information (economic facts and theories) that she needs to know as she creates a federal budget.
d) You should reference 3 outside documents in your report. (For example, documents produced by the government, the Bank of Canada, a Chartered bank, Statistics Canada or a Canadian Think Tank with an economist writing the piece.)
