Writing Assignment: Each student will critically assess an article from
Appendix B in the Vaughn book (in the back) by following the instructions
outlined at the end of the article. The student is responsible for fulfilling
whatever requirements are outlined in the instructions that correspond to
the particular article the student chooses. Most (if not all) of the
instructions for each article require some form of outline of the article,
