The paper will describe how to create a health care organizational culture that embraces change and innovation using concepts from this course and other courses in the MS in Management program to make specific recommendations.
Using the readings from this course on leadership, materials from other courses, and the Library Instruction Module to facilitate your own independent research, explore issues related to change management and innovation in the health care industry.
