In this assignment, you will develop an organizational recommendation for the design and development of a socialization process for employees to leverage human capital. This recommendation may be for the organization in which you presently work, have worked, or would like to work.
Integrating what you have read and discussed, describe the culture of the organization, its strategic goals and talent strategy.
Consider questions such as:
What differentiates us in the marketplace and how do we ensure we hire and retain the talent to sustain that organizational performance?
How do we ensure ongoing employee engagement? In other words, this is not a ‘one- off’ program but a consistent process of development and learning.
What are some of the adult learning methodologies which will be used in the development process?
Identify at least one internal or external training issue. How will those issues be managed?
What are the strengths and weaknesses of the recommendation?
