Your paper must have a thesis. The thesis is up to you to come up with, so long as you’re arguing something that’s critical and analytical about your primary text(s), using your sources to help make your claim. Your paper will be you quoting and citing from all of your sources. In other words, this should not be a history report, although it can give some historical context, of course, but rather a critical and analytical discussion of your topic, using your sources to back up a thesis statement.
Length:
This should be approximately 4 pages double-spaced (not counting a required Works Cited page), and use correct grammar, mechanics, quoting/citing, etc.
Citing/Style:
Be sure you’re citing properly in MLA style.
