Analyze two contemporary or historical examples of management using at least three management approaches presented in class so far (links to video examples and literature are in the syllabus and blackboard).
Explain how and why these management approaches have, or have not, been ‘effective’.
At least one example must address changes in management required to advance safe/brave spaces in the workplace by promoting Indigenous Reconciliation while being grounded in JEDI to JEDID values (Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, Decolonization).
