Based upon what you have learned in this course and especially what you have learned about yourself in the various self-assessments, complete a comprehensive self-action plan. This plan will include a narrative reflection on what you learned about yourself, including strengths and weaknesses, and a comprehensive plan for your own leadership development based upon your personal assessments. The total document must at least 2,000 words, not including references if you use them.
