Writing Assignment #1: Placing yourself in the position of the prosecutor, defense attorney and judge.
For this assignment will have to read chapters 5 through 8.
Place yourself in the position of a felony court prosecutor. Identify three ways in which the “cooperation” of the other members of the courtroom work groups work to your benefit. Support your answer with evidence from chapters 5 and 6 AND three other peer reviewed sources.
Do the same thing from the vantage point of the defense attorney (chapter 5 and 7) and the judge (chapters 5 & 8).
