2. What kind of knowledge/ Training would you need to facilitate a workshop on Diversity practices (For example, addressing Implicit Bias and Microaggressions to create an inclusive environment in the classrooms and campus community)
3.What solutions could you bring to the table on how to diversify the campus and create social change/ social justice. (for example, protests, petitions, mandatory workshops, changing curriculum to be more diverse) and what makes you think these are the best inclusive practices.
