Does the use/possession of small amounts of marijuana contribute to crime? Is enforcement of misdemeanor marijuana possession fair or racially disparate? Is it ethical for district attorneys (i.e. Dallas County District Attorney Cruzoet) and prosecutors to decide which laws to prosecute regardless of legislative actions concerning marijuana use and/or possession? Why or why not? Lastly, what is your opinion in regards to the legalization of marijuana in the state of Texas for both medicinal and recreational usage?
