For multicultural aspects, I recommend elaborating on Military culture in general – the fact that the military has their own specific laws (maybe give a brief history of why this is), and other areas you find would be helpful for the audience. I would also discuss the differences in confidentiality/sharing required by the military and civilian counselors.
Discuss emotional maturity and age and discuss how that can impact people who are in relationships.
Example: The person who was 17 when entering the relationship might have a different expectation of being in a relationship (possibly expecting that the partner is not married). Emotional reactions between people of different ages can differ, too.
