Step #3: Select ONE of the generations to plan an adult education workplace training/workshop for and address the following based on what you have learned about generational differences and inclusive learning environments. Which generation have you chosen to work with? What would the topic of your adult workshop be? Why? How would you design your workshop to take into consideration the generalized motivating factors of that particular generation? Now consider that there are also members of at least one other generation that sign up for your class. What principles can you borrow from Inclusive Learning to make sure that your workshop also meets the needs of these older or younger attendees.
