Assignment Overview:
Reflect on what was discussed in the Perusall assignment (see attachment labeled The Future of Leadership is Virtual) and what you learned in the module materials. Consider your daily activities at work and how you lead people using virtual communication devices and platforms. If you are not leading others at work, consider how your leaders use technology to communicate with their teams.
Remember to do the following in your video reflection:
• Narrate the evolution of e-Leadership in your workplace within the last two years.
• Describe how you and/or other leaders use technology effectively to communicate internally and externally.
• Share what could be done to better stream communication downstream, upstream, and laterally across the organization.
• Ask two or more colleagues at work about their experiences with e-Leadership and add their perspectives.
• Cite your sources when narrating your video reflection.
