If you expect to earn good points for this assignment, provide relevant evidence and strong logic explaining how revenues and costs will be affected. Is the expected gain in revenues greater than the
expected increase in costs? If you propose to slash costs, will the revenues be affected? How?
2) What are the short-term and long-term effects of your proposed solutions on revenues and costs? Please provide evidence and strong logic.
3) Explanation why this isn’t already happening. Assume that executives are smart people who (should)
know what they are doing. What is unique about your solution that they have missed it?
