Each student will write a research paper 2500 double-spaced typed, drawing upon both class readings and extensive research on the topic. The paper is meant to be a critical analysis of a topic to be agreed with the course director. Students should choose a case study, focusing either on a country or a topic of your interest in order to provide a solid analytical understanding of the chosen topic. The late essay will be marked down 5% per day.
