Discuss main issues of wellbeing, liberty, equality, and citizenship (rights and responsibilities). Obviously, in a paper of this size you cannot say all there is to say about those values, but you should be able to discuss the positions about each of those issues that you found the most convincing from the text and from our discussions.
In addition, talk about the relationships between these different issues—including which values should take priority if we must sacrifice one value in order to promote another.
Based on your analysis of these values and their relationships, discuss where you fall on the continuum of welfare ideologies.
