This assignment is in two parts:
1. For the main assignment, you will write a 3-4 page, APA-formatted paper that identifies and explores a major healthcare safety concern of your choosing. You will need to choose a SPECIFIC issue to explore.
2. In addition, your will need to provide a 1-2 page quality / performance improvement checklist or strategy guide outlining ways to correct and/or improve your chosen healthcare safety concern. This checklist is a SEPARATE part of the paper and should clearly be marked in your assignment as such.
You are expected to draw from at least 3 recent (no more than 5 years old) scholarly journal articles.
