questions to keep in mind:
What did you learn about the topic being discussed? Why do you think you were asked to read this? What
might be useful in it? Are there parts that you find problematic? What can we
‘take’ from it, how is it useful?
How do the ideas of recognition, culture and identity seem to figure into these
ideas, and what might they offer us in terms of a contemporary study of
inequality/equality in law?
