Lab report must have an appropriate cover page containing the following information (include an appropriate graphic background).

e.) Teacher: Dr. Reginald Christopher Gonzales
f.) Student: By: Name
Report must be written in the following format.
Objective (It may be replaced by a Question and Hypothesis format as needed)
Materials Used
Summary of Procedures- Active Voice, Outlined, as a directive.
Pre-laboratory Questions (Type question & Restate question in answer)
Data Tables
Calculations (type all required calculations. Be descriptive)
Post-laboratory Questions (Type question & Restate question in answer)
Analysis of Data- Paragraph form (What do the data Tell you?). Include a line graph if it’s needed.
Conclusion: Restate the objective and enumerate how you were able to attain the said objectives. If it is a question/hypothesis format, state whether the hypothesis has been supported or not supported by the experiment and briefy explain how or why.

3. The lab report will be subjected to Safe Assign. The tolerance will be established at 39%. Make sure all reports are lower than 40%.
