I need a case study for one of my classes. The asighment topic basicly says all about what I need. Its a masters level thesis so dont be affraid to add detail. What I mean by the role of the prosecutor is how they interact within criminal proceedings and/or what their place in the constitutional systems is like for example the legal basis for ther position or actions or their appointment process and so on.
