In the primary department on the second shift, Kate and Christie both work as Rad technicians. They collaborate with a Rad tech side as well. Patient orders are printed by the computer, and Kate and Christie are tasked with splitting the workload for patients in the main department. This applies to “house” patients as well as portables. Kate thinks Christie doesn’t put in as much effort as she does. She thinks that Christie takes her time with portables and is slow to pick up slips.
