Hello – I have been struggling to put down in words the research and reading I have been conducting for the MBA Dissertation. I will need to interact with my tutor quite often.
Verbally, via Zoom or Teams, Email etc. I need to be able to discuss this before we start this journey together. My hope is that through these conversations and communications, I can convey to you the entire landscape of where I have been with this research and with your help achieve the 7 milestones and submit my dissertation by the Mid May Deadline I am facing. What I want to say is in the soul of who I am and through this process, I need your help to properly produce my dissertation – I believe that Milestones 1 through 5 are a majority part of Milestone 6 the final 15,000-word dissertation that does not include references Thank you – Matt
The basic premise is to help my organization expand its adult education offerings as a springboard to an MBA. I am researching those in my industry on their views of Advanced Education. My industry is dominated by “self-made leaders” who lead multi-million dollar businesses with 20 to as high as 300 associates. The majority of these leaders, do not have a bachelor and do not see the value or worth of returning to university to finish or obtain their Undergraduate Degree, but if afforded the opportunity to go directly to their MBA, the interest level spikes significantly. Is this premise valid, Is my organization and its current offering?
Here are the milestones – A side note; by the 27th of February, I will have the Survey Research Results that have been approved by my advisor.

Milestone 2 : Literature Review
Submit an initial draft of your literature review to receive feedback from your supervisor. Your literature review should critically examine the texts and data sources that relate to your research topic.

Methodology and Methods
Submit an initial draft of your Methodology chapter to receive feedback from your supervisor.

Milestone 4: Data Analysis and Findings Chapter
The data analysis and findings chapter presents a summary of your data and other information gathered without discussing the implications of your findings. Submit an initial draft of your data analysis and findings chapter to receive feedback from your instructor.

Milestone 5: Recommendations and Conclusion Chapter

The Dissertation module has a word limit of 15,000 words in total and it is important that you adhere to this. (The preliminary pages, bibliography/reference list and any other relevant material included in appendices are not subject to the word limit.) No one is likely to mark you down for delivering a total of 15,500 words when you were asked for a maximum of 15,000, but excessively long pieces of work could lose marks.

Milestone 7: Draft Case Study Research Report
Consider your supervisor’s feedback for each of your chapters and make any necessary changes or corrections. You should combine all of your chapters into one document and ensure each chapter has an introduction and conclusion that transitions into the next chapters. You should also include a title page, abstract, table of contents, and appendices.

I am setting the word count in this proposal to 17,500 WOrd to cover anything things I may have missed or miscounted through these 7 Milestones
