2. Then analyze (break down) the story using leadership as a context and the bullet points listed below as a general guide. These are suggested points, but if you discover other points through your critical thinking, then please explore those points as part of your analysis.

• Your paper should also have short introduction and conclusion paragraphs
Points to consider in your analysis:
• Which character (or characters) was (were) the primary leader(s), and how did the character’s leadership evolve?
• Describe the setting and historical time frame. How does the when and where, time and place influence this person’s particular style of leadership? Define and describe this person’s leadership style.
• Describe any cross cultural differences. •Describe any sacrifices this leader made and how these sacrifices influence relationships represented in the movie. •Describes any exchange or relationship between leader and followers.
• Describe any pivotal scenes in which leader emergence occurred. When and how did the process of leader emergence occur?
• Describe how the leader used charisma, influence, and persuasion.
• How could another character substitute for the leader? Was the leader always in the middle of the situation or did the leader influence the followers from a distant location?
• Identify three or more examples of the leader’s charisma. How did the leader use charisma to influence the other characters? • How did the leader transform him or her during the story and give two or more examples of how the leader transformed the followers and made situational differences.
