Prepare an individual analysis of the Shield case by applying the model discussed in the Article – Organizing for Innovation. Answer the following questions.
1. What kind of innovation is Shield, when viewed from the lens of this week’s article: Organizing for Innovation?
2. Based on what type of innovation it is, what does the article say about how to manage that type of innovation?
3. What are the problems facing this collaboration? What are their causes?
4. If you were Howard, how would you go about making this collaboration work?
5. Relate the case situation to any one other item in the theory lectured about this week.
