Complete one of the following assignment options by presenting a 20- to 30-minute presentation.
We are doing the presentation on
Option 4: Choose three CBT family interventions.
Complete all of the following with regard to your selected assignment option:
Prepare role-plays demonstrating each of the chosen interventions and present to the class.
Lead the class in a discussion to identify each intervention, describing how each is implemented and when each might be used.
Discuss how the therapist maintains rapport with each family member while implementing each of these interventions.
Discuss the strengths and weaknesses of experiential interventions.
Ask probing questions to create more interaction with the class, addressing necessary information as needed.
