Through your research, you have completed your analysis and comparison of compensation issues and challenges within other organizations. For this assignment, you have been asked to assess the issues and challenges organizations must contend with and present your findings to your company in order to validate the concerns within your company. This analysis also serves to validate the issues within your organization and allows you to make needed suggestions for improvement. You must present your findings to the executive team, along with your recommendations for improving the compensation issues of the organization. Then, prepare a compensation presentation that addresses the following points:
-Describe the issues and challenges you encountered in your investigation.
-Assess the components of a good compensation plan.
-Describe how you will gain the buy-in of the executive team and how you will communicate the recommended change(s) to all employees.
Support your presentation with a minimum of three (3) resources, which may include the resources provided. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
