Identify a health or health care program. The program can be one that is part of a larger organization, or it can be a stand-alone program. You may use a program in the organization where you work or one of your choosing elsewhere.
Develop a proposal for a small-scale evaluation of your selected program, including best practices for selecting an evaluation model, theory, and design.
