Scenario: Addictions
A Licensed Addictions Counselor at a small, private clinic will assess a 16-year-old male who has a current diagnosis of post-traumatic stress disorder. The purpose of assessing is to determine whether the teenager has an alcohol use disorder to establish a treatment plan. The Counselor will use the Comprehensive Addictions and Psychological Evaluation to assess the teenager.
