First, provide a definition (or multiple definitions) of motivation based on academic research articles that you find on the topic. Please select at least 4 different academic sources. These sources can be from the same journal but need to be distinct articles authored by different scholars.
Please explain not only how these scholars define the concept, but also how they apply the concept. It is possible that research articles suggest multiple applications of a concept. It is ok for you to identify just a subset of these applications. In the concluding paragraph/s of this first section, please point out if and how these scholars differ in their understanding and definitions of the particular concept – in other words, potential overlaps and differences in definitions and applications.

Here you can look for magazines, blogs, newspapers, etc. – as long as they are reputable sources. Discuss how journalists and people writing about business in the real-world apply the concept. If a definition is not provided explicitly, please make an inference.
Your own perspective:
Finally, reflect upon your own usage of the concept and/or experience with it.
Discuss areas of overlap/difference in all these understandings. Conclude by discussing your opinion and what that concept means to you in your life. Can you draw a picture that in your mind summarizes all these understandings?
